CZ at IWA OutdoorClassics 2024 - New Products, European Champions, Press Conference

From 29 February to 3 March 2024, the 50th edition of the world-renowned IWA OutdoorClassics exhibition for hunting and sport shooting, outdoor equipment and related products, was held in Nuremberg, Germany. As with every year, CZ and Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC had a joint stand, which featured a cross-section of their current product portfolios.

Visitors to the CZ stand were treated to a display of new CZ products for 2024, primarily the CZ 600 MDT GREY and CZ 600 MDT DEEP BRONZE sport models, which are the latest additions to the CZ 600 series of bolt-action rifles. A new development for the CZ 600 RANGE model is the availability of a 223 Remington chambering. Another new product was the CZ 457 RANGE sport and hunting rimfire rifle, which is a versatile firearm for highly precise shooting at medium to long distances. It is an ideal choice for static and dynamic target shooting, as well as for hunting small game and suppressing varmints.

Also on display were the new, highly popular products that CZ introduced in autumn 2023 – the modern, American-style CZ 600 AMERICAN bolt-action centerfire rifle, the highly compact, semi-automatic 9 × 19 caliber CZ SCORPION EVO 3 S2 MICRO, and the extremely lightweight CZ 457 CARBON rimfire rifle with a carbon fiber wrapped barrel. And, of course, the most important new pistol of last year was also on display, the CZ SHADOW 2 COMPACT.

On the occasion of IWA OutdoorClassics 2024, a CZ Press Conference was held on the first day of the exhibition, i.e. on 29 February, where representatives from the professional media were presented with more information about the new CZ products. Nine-time IPSC World Champion Eric Grauffel shared the latest information about the successful EG-CZ Academy project and the shooting courses held there. Special guests at the conference included top competitors from the CZ Shooting Team, who had a meet and greet at the CZ stand following the press conference.

This year's IWA OutdoorClassics exhibition was attended by 40,000 visitors from 120 countries, who had the opportunity to visit the stands of 1,072 exhibitors in nine exhibition halls. The CZ stand was a popular stop on each day of the exhibition and was constantly filled with visitors from the professional public. We greatly appreciate the interest shown in our stand and the opportunity we were given to meet our customers and supporters in person.

CZ is already looking forward to the upcoming IWA OutdoorClassics, which will take place at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre from 27 February to 2 March 2025.
