Finally on stage!
HOT SHOTS 2020 - ODYSSEY, Oblekovice, Czech Republic
AlsaPro organized this 11-stage club competition at the Oblekovice shooting range on Sunday, August 30, 2020. A large group of 310 shooters attended the event and all standard disciplines were represented - Open, Standard, Production, Production Optics, PCC, Classic and Revolver. Shooters from the CZ Team did not compete in all disciplines, but did very well in the disciplines where they did take part.
Robin Sebo dominated the OPEN division, followed by Miroslav Havlicek. The difference between our two best shooters was only 1.46%, while the third place finisher trailed by more than 14%. Michal Stepan won the PRODUCTION Division, followed by Miroslav Zapletal in second place. In the STANDARD Division, CZ Team shooters Josef Rakusan finished in first place and Zdenek Liehne secured second place.

Mosquito Match 2020, Komarno, Slovakia
The international Mosquito Match competition is traditionally held in spring, but was rescheduled to the first week of September this year. It took place in Komarno, Slovakia on 5 and 6 September 2020, with a total of 391 shooters from 20 European countries in attendance. Members of the CZ Shooting Team also took part, and managed to take home a total of 4 medals in two main divisions - Miroslav Havlicek in OPEN and Michal Stepan in PRODUCTION. Petr Znamenacek secured second place in the STANDARD Division.

BERETTA POLISH EXTREME OPEN 2020, Wiechlice, Poland
Members of the CZ Shooting team tested their skills against 350 shooters from 28 mostly European countries from 10 to 12 September 2020 at the Beretta Polish Extreme Open 2020. Three members of the CZ team - Robin Sebo, Miroslav Havlicek and Martina Sera – dominated the Royal OPEN Division. Martina finished in third place overall, i.e. in addition to her two teammates, and left a large field of male and female opponents in the dust. She finished second in the Lady category with a respectable 20%. Congratulations Martina! Michal Stepan secured first place in the PRODUCTION Division, while Miroslav Zapletal finished up in second. In the STANDARD Division, Zdenek Liehne secured first place and Petr Znamenacek came in third.

IPSC teaches discipline, sportsmanship and self-control. It also helps develop perception, strength, self-confidence and speed. The CZ Shooting Team is comprised of the world's best shooters, who achieve excellent results with the use of CZ weapons. The team competes in several divisions, with the most important currently being Open, Production and Standard. During the competition, the shooter must solve challenging situations while in motion, from various positions, while shooting at static and moving targets. Each shooting scenario can have several optimal solutions and it is up to each shooter to choose the best one. Points are awarded for speed and shooting accuracy.
