My recently bought 17HMR American was bore sighted. I zeroed in at 25m initially, and finally got 5 shots in 6mm clean hole. Went out to 50m and managed 5 shots in 8.5mm with three holes touching. Could not be more impressed with accuracy, as I am sure this will improve after 150 to 200 shots. The ammo used was CCI Varmint 17 Gr. The safety mechanism and trigger adjustment add to the overall performance.
